Interests and Experience

The Summer Program at Encounter Church will focus on planning and implementing programming that will provide ministry for families in Amherstburg. Applicants must be comfortable working with both children and youth, planning and executing events/programs, utilizing technology and stepping outside thier comfort zone to learn new skills.

Work Schedule

All Positions*
Start Date: Monday, June 30, 2025
End Date: Friday, August 22nd, 2025
Hours: 32 hours/week (on average)
Schedule: Average work week will be Sunday (9am-12pm), Monday - Thursday (9am-4:30pm)

Each week your work hours will vary depdending on the events planned for that given week (i.e. camp week, etc.).

In accordance with the guidelines of the Canada Summer Jobs Program, you must be available for the duration of your employment by fulfilling the work schedule listed above.
