Encounter Kids Camp July 2026

We are so excited for Encounter Kids Camp 2026 Week 1, taking place from July 13th-17th (9am-4pm).

The camp consists of inspiring lessons, fun games, art, crafts, and outdoor activities!

Age range: Grade SK (as of Sept 2026) through Grade 6 (as of Sept 2026)

Early Bird Rate is $125 per camper (before May 31st)
Camp Cost $135 per camper

Family Rate for 3 children or more $100 per child

In the event that you are paying for both camps $125 is required at this time. The balance can be paid for at second camp registration.

As part of our activities at Encounter Church, children's photos are often taken during the events. We require your permission to use them in any of our publications (i.e. flyers, posters, slideshows, etc.). All names/identities of children will be kept confidential, and will not be shared with any third party (i.e. another church, newspaper) without further written consent.

All reasonable precautions are taken for the safety and health of your child, but in the event of an accident or sickness requiring medical attention, Encounter Church, and its volunteers are hereby released from liability. In the event that your child requires special medical attention, medication, x-rays or treatment the parents/guardians will be notified immediately.

We also request that students participating in our programs refrain from bringing unnecessary valuable items with them, such as phones, personal gaming devices (i.e. Nintendo SWITCH), or other personal electronic devices. If these items are brought to our any of our programs, it is at the student's own risk, as Encounter Church will not be liable for any loss or damages. I understand that there is a $50 non-refundable deposit per camper, this deposit will be applied to camp cost. I agree to Encounter Churches refund policy, shall I have to remove my child from camp.

Please make sure to select and pay for the correct amount of children you are regsitering. Family discount is already reflected on the price shown for 3 children. Children must be immedate family members. In the case that the incorrect price is selected, you will have 24 hours to pay for the remaining children to make sure their spot is saved.
