GREETING: The Greeting position will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at Encounter. Greeters will be positioned at the exterior doors, and sanctuary doors. HOSPITALITY: The Hospitality position will be responsible for setting up and clean up of the hospitality area every Sunday (Coffee and Desserts). CONNECTION DESK: The Connection Desk position is primarily responsible for assisting our guests/congregants with the use of our Square Machine for tithing (debit/credit).This team member will also be available to provide valuable information and details. ATTENDANTS (USHERS): This position serves as a secondary role for greeters, connect desk, cafe attendant, lead host and board member on duty. LEADERSHIP TEAM: The Leadership team would consist of a Lead Host, Board Member on Duty and church staff onsite on any given Sunday. PARKING ATTENDANTS: The parking attendants are available to wave guests into parking lot for Sunday mornings or special events, walking guests in need of assistance to and from their vehicle i.e. with umbrella’s in the rain, carrying bags, helping childre
