SWITCH Sign-up Form

Hey parents! For this upcoming season we are switching our Jr. High Church Model to one that sees our young students become not just listeners, but practical doers of what they learn. So for October, we are implementing a program that we like to call: “SWITCH” for your student in Grades 6-8.

“SWITCH” is a term-based Leadership Development Program that helps your student learn what it means to take on responsibility, and volunteer with excellence. We are looking to do this because we believe very deeply in the future generations of the church. We need to be intentional and practically minded in how we do that. So we’re taking practical steps to work towards this goal on Sunday mornings.
Weekly Attendance

By enrolling into our Switch program, you agree to commit to having your student within Gr. 6-8 attend each Sunday for a minimum of the remaining 2024 season. If your child is unwell or unable to attend Sunday, please keep them at home and notify Pastor Mark or Pastor Daniella that they will not be attending that day.

Yes, we understand that absences happen and we understand that life also gets hectic and busy, we simply want to be as intentional as possible with YOU and your students. So that they can recieve very important and practical life and leadership skills that they can absorb and develop further as they grow up.

Thank you for understanding and helping us make the most of this program for all our families.
Please select all that apply.
