As part of our activities at Encounter Church, children's photos are often taken during the events. We require your permission to use them in any of our publications (i.e. flyers, posters, slideshows, etc.).

Encounter Church is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the health and safety of your child, Encounter Church and its volunteers cannot be held liable in the event of an accident, injury, or illness requiring medical attention. Should your child require emergency medical care, medication, diagnostic testing, or treatment, parents/guardians will be notified as soon as possible.

We also ask that participants refrain from bringing unnecessary valuable personal belongings to our programs. Any personal items brought to our programs are the responsibility of the participant and their family, as Encounter Church cannot accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
