Mega Sports Camp- Encounter Kids Camp 2023

We are so excited for Encounter Kids Camp 2023 Week 2, taking place from August 14th - August 18th (9am-4pm). Our theme this week is Mega Sports Camp, where children will be learning a wide variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, dance, cheerleading and more! The camp consists of inspiring lessons, fun games, arts & crafts, and outdoor activities! Registration fee includes camp shirt, off-site field trip and a hot lunch on Friday.

Age range: Age 4 (as of July 1st) through Grade 6 (as of Sept 2023)

As part of our activities at Encounter Church, children's photos are often taken during the events. We require your permission to use them in any of our publications (i.e. flyers, posters, slideshows, etc.). All names/identities of children will be kept confidential, and will not be shared with any third party (i.e. another church, newspaper) without further written consent.

All reasonable precautions are taken for the safety and health of your child, but in the event of an accident or sickness requiring medical attention, Encounter Church, and its volunteers are hereby released from liability. In the event that your child requires special medical attention, medication, x-rays or treatment the parents/guardians will be notified immediately.

We also request that students participating in our programs refrain from bringing unnecessary valuable items with them, such as iPods, personal gaming devices (i.e. Nintendo DSI), or other personal electronic devices. If these items are brought to our any of our programs, it is at the student's own risk, as Encounter Church will not be liable for any loss or damages. I understand that there is a $50 non-refundable deposit per camper, and I will not receive the deposit back after I have paid for camp.

Please make sure to select and pay for the correct amount of children you are regsitering. Family discount is already refelected on the price shown for 3 children. Children must be imedate family memebers. In the case that the incorrect price is selected, you will have 24 hours to pay for the remaining children to make sure their spot is saved. **If financial assistance is needed or you have more than 3 children please email Pastor Daniella at daniella@encounteraburg.ca**
